Project Sales Executive (ELV)

SALES EXECUTIVE (ELV DIV)

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Work location: Unit 24-02, Pearl Plaza, 561A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh Dist, HCMC

Salary: NEGOTIATION


Responsibilities

1. Focus on developing sales for the following systems: Tenant Intercom and Turnstile system

2. Manage and maintain relationships with customers, contractors and consultants, management companies to achieve sales & profit objectives.

3. Provide market info and competitor’s pricing and strategy.

4. Directly working with customer, consulting for solution, dealing with contract, processing contract/project.

5. Achieving sales target set by the company

6. Work together with the Pre-sales team to put up comprehensive proposal to meet customer’s requirement. Fine tune the proposal according to the project progress and new changes.

7. Cooperating with Post sales on project implementation

8. You are expected to present professionally to the customer; including the written and spoken proposal / single line diagram / concept design in both English and Vietnamese languages.

9. Communicate closely with other Divisional Managers / Account Managers of the respective divisions in VISCO to share info, to synergize approach, and to obtain support as well as avoiding conflict and overlapping in project pursuing.

10. Close liaison with manufacturer’s representative in Vietnam and / or outside Vietnam to ensure the project(s) that u are pursuing are being protected by the manufacturer. Joint marketing with the manufacturer’s representative to the targeted project are also encouraged. However, the discussion in between limit to only share approach, technical solution not commercial in such case (all commercial matter with the principal will be handled by BOM and our logistic in charge)

11. Submit weekly report and review with Project Sales Manager

12. Follow ISO procedure in carrying out task.

13. Other duties that assigned by the BOM


REQUIREMENTS

Skills

a) Fluency in both spoken and written English

b) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with customers at all levels of the organizations

c) Able to work independently and with high level of discipline and integrity

d) Willingness to travel around Vietnam

Knowledge

a) Basic Electrical background – BA of Electrical (be a plus)

b) Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in M&E segment

c) Experience in handing project sales in full range of ELV system

d) Good understanding of customer application requirement

e) All details of work will be clear in the interview
